We worked with the
owner of an extensive
collection of Victorian
ephemera to develop a
series of books about
Victorian seed catalog art.
In most cases the images
were printed rotogravure,
making them dense in
detail and color. The text
is a history of the various
seed packagers, their
products, and their
customers’ gardening
practices.
